Chris Hampson is a passionate, dedicated and versatile actor who has been performing for over 15 years. He graduated from Rose Bruford in 1998 and his life has been adventurous ever since!

Some of his favourite theatre credits include: Red in The Complete Works of Shakespeare Abridged for Popular Productions, Bill Adams in The Garden of Llangoed for the Watermill Theatre Company, Oberon in A Midsummer's Nights Dream for Bard Unbound, Reverend Paris in The Crucible for TNT Theatre, Stefano in The Tempest for Chalkfoot Theatre, Darios in The Long way Home for New Perspectives and Hamlet for Spare Parts Unlimited.

Chris also enjoyed his time in the very popular HTV Wales Series Nuts and Bolts as the struggling and cuckolded father Dave Parry as well as playing the falsely accused villain Jimmy Philpot in Casualty for the BBC. Chris has also been heard as Max Zimin for BBC Radio Wales production of Summerfolk and seen in a variety of adverts and corporate videos.

Of great pride is Chris' children's entertainment company where he plays an ancient knight enthralling children with great stories and silly fun games. He is also the Dragon Slayer at Warwick Castle regaling people with tales of these magical beasts and the history of the place! Quite recently he also been seen as Ernie the Executioner from Terrible Tudors and Sir William Dugdale for the Slimy Stuarts in the very popular Horrible Histories foul fayres!

On top of all that, Chris also writes, directs and co-produces the Winter Winderland  theatre event at the Snowdome,Tamworth, plus he is also a regular performer with Area 51 entertaining people all over the world on stilts, angle grinding, presenting or as crazy creatures/characters. He has also acted and hosted a variety of Murder Mysteries around the country and conducted a variety of Role Playing productions for large corporations. Chris has also be seen as the Master of Ceremonies for very large important functions with guests including royalty, foreign politicians, models, Hollywood actors and directors of FTSE 100 companies.

As you can see Chris leads a diverse life and hopes the next 15 years will be just as adventurous!
